Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Midwest Managed IT website at midwestmanagedit.com, including the service pages, resources, scheduler, and planning tools available through it.
Using the site means you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and applicable law. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the site.
The site is informational, educational, and marketing in nature.
Midwest Managed IT uses this site to describe services, publish resources, answer buyer questions, allow visitors to request a conversation, and offer a configuration-pricing planning tool. Content on the site is meant to be useful and accurate, but it is still general information. It is not legal advice, accounting advice, compliance advice, or a binding commitment to provide a specific service configuration.
The pricing estimator is a planning tool only. It is meant to increase transparency and reduce friction. It is not a proposal, a signed quote, or a contractual price guarantee.
A website booking is a scheduled conversation, not a service contract.
When you submit a contact form, schedule a chat, or use a planning tool on this site, you are requesting information or a conversation. Doing so does not create a managed-services agreement, a support obligation, or a service-level commitment. Any actual services are governed by separate written agreements, quotes, onboarding documents, or signed contracts.
We may use Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Teams, email services, and related business tools to process scheduling requests, calendar bookings, meeting links, and communications tied to site activity.
Use the site responsibly and do not interfere with its operation.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its hosting environment, or connected systems.
- Do not introduce malicious code, harmful scripts, spam, or abusive traffic.
- Do not scrape, harvest, or systematically extract site data except as permitted by law.
- Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship to Midwest Managed IT.
- Do not use the site in a way that interferes with other users or with the site’s security or availability.
The site content belongs to Midwest Managed IT or its licensors.
Unless otherwise noted, the site’s content, design, copy, graphics, branding, and downloadable materials are owned by or licensed to Midwest Managed IT / LnK Consulting LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and print materials for internal evaluation or non-commercial review, but you may not republish, modify, distribute, or exploit site content without prior written permission.
Some parts of the experience rely on third-party platforms.
The site may rely on third-party hosting, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Teams, email-delivery providers, analytics tools, or other external services. We do not control every aspect of those third-party systems and are not responsible for outages, delays, policy changes, or behavior outside our reasonable control.
The site is provided on an “as is” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly secure, or always available.
We also do not warrant that any estimate, availability display, or scheduling output will perfectly match every real-world dependency, especially when third-party platforms, licensing, or configuration changes are involved.
Website use is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midwest Managed IT / LnK Consulting LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of the site or inability to use it.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indiana law applies.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Indiana where permitted by law.
