Midwest Managed IT provides managed IT services, cybersecurity support, Microsoft 365 administration, backup guidance, and responsive support for small businesses. This site is used to describe the business, publish resources, answer buyer questions, collect inquiries, and support scheduling.

We collect the information you choose to send through the site.

This can include your name, company name, email address, phone number, approximate team size, service interests, business profile, current support setup, freeform notes, and any scheduling or estimate details you submit through the site.

When you use the live scheduler, the site may send booking information to Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Graph so an event can be created on the scheduling calendar and, when enabled, a Microsoft Teams meeting can be generated.

When you use the launch-updates signup, your contact details may be sent to the email-delivery or subscription platform used by the site to manage updates and confirmations.

Like most sites, this one also collects basic technical information.
